Back in great form!
As a longtime Connelly fan – I had been disappointed by a couple of earlier publications. THE WRONG SIDE OF GOODBYE re-establishes Bosch as the best detective in USA fiction. His character traits are immediately recognizable; his Vietnam and PD experiences give him credibility and Connelly can still intrigue the readers with a fast paced enjoyable yarn.

Connelly mi appassiona sempre, che si tratti di un’avventura giuridica di Mickey Haller o di un’avventura (a volte latu sensu) poliziesca di Harry Bosch. Dipana la storia davanti a te, senza trucchetti. Fai gli stessi progressi, hai le stesse delusioni del protagonista. Un modo di raccontare leale, insomma.Qui si intersecano le storie di un magnate che incarica Bosch di scoprire se oltre cinquant’anni prima abbia avuto un figlio, e di uno stupratore seriale che l’ha fatta franca per anni. Connelly at his best
I’m a real fan of Connely’s and I’ve read nearly all his books. This is another excellent piece of detailed police procedural, with psychological reading of the characters and a page turner plot. Recommended

Micheal Connelly è il mio autore preferito.Adoro il suo stile. Non avevo mai ascoltato un audiolibro prima e devo dire che è stata veramente una piacevolissima compagnia.Lo consiglio vivamente! Harry Bosh è sempre un grande.
Il protagonista fantasma
Sebbene la trama sia ben congegnata, il personaggio di Harry Bosch appare appena tracciato e sfugge ad ogni tentativo di identificazione da parte del lettore. Nessun dato fisico, abitudine, tic. Sembra sia un’entità astratta. Apprezzabili gli sforzi per rendere il tutto coerente.

Connely non delude mai. Anche in tal caso una storia che induce a rifletter sin.. dal titolo. Avvincente anche per chi non consce perfettamente la lingua inglese.

This is the best book I have read in several years. I loved the story as told by Harry Bosch. I liked the details he included in his description of various situations.I found it very hard to Put this book down.

What a fantastic read, it was extremely gripping from start to finish. The duel investigations were both ingenious and very well written and the outcome not what you expected.

As a Federal Prosecutor I admire Harry Bosh. A descent cop that goes by the book, never loosing the grip of a great detective. Great thing is Bosch ages through the several books, just like the rest of us. You just can not stop reading. Real good fiction.
