Un romanzo storico affascinante.
Romanzo avvincente con un misto di dati storici, amicizie e tradimenti. Gesta efferate e tentativi di pace. Libri che scorrono veloci e ti danno il gusto della storia raccontandoti la miseria e la grandezza dei diversi personaggi. Uno squarcio non superficiale su un’epoca di cui si parla conoscendo i fatti solo a pressappoco. Non è un libro di storia, ma aiuta a capire un passato, che, per tanti versi, potrebbe anche illuminare il presente. Pienamente soddisfatto.Piergiorgio
Scorrevole
Una trilogia ben scritta. Il periodo storico è forse uno dei più intriganti ed affascinanti. Lo scrittore è riuscito ad inquadrarlo bene ed i personaggi, molti dei quali realmente esistiti, sono ben caratterizzati. Ci sono dei brani un po’ lenti e qualche passaggio stiracchiato, ma, tutto sommato, il racconto scorre bene, con un giusto equilibrio fra azione, politica, battaglie e avventure amorose. Inoltre, nella versione Kindle, ha un costo veramente onesto. Consigliato.

romanzo davvero ben strutturato con una storia, almeno da parte mia, davvero inedita e mai conosciuta della crescita di uno dei più grandi condottieri islamici mai visti, avvincente ben scritta e scorre che è una meraviglia, consiglio vivamente a chi è interessato al mondo islamico e al periodo delle crociate per vedere un punto di vista che non sia solo quello cristiano, seppur a romanzo
Splendido
Romanzo eccellente, racconta la storia della Terza Crociata attraverso le vicende umane dei suoi protagonisti (fra personaggi realmente esistiti e altri no). Un affresco che dimostra come i falchi e le colombe fossero in entrambe gli schieramenti. E che la pace in Terra Santa era (è?) possibile.Consigliatissimo anche perchè la lunghezza non si sente mai (incalzante).
Un romanzo sulle crociate
I primi due volumi sono molto buoni, poi nel terzo libro il racconto comincia a rallentare e a ripetersi, ma comunque dei bei libri, scritti bene e che non annoiano. A chi piace il romanzo storico, molte bene ambientato e credibile, da non perdere.

Ottimo romanzo. A metà tra lo storico e l’avventura, la trilogia scorre via velocemente. Non mancano piccole sbavature narrative ma può starci. Merita una stella invece l’edizione ebook. Non è possibile non avere uno spazio che separi i singoli capitoli e che solo il senso di quello che stai leggendo ti faccia capire che sei passato da una parte dell’azione all’altra

Ottimo Romanzo, racconta i fatti in maniera scorrevole e ben dettagliata … Una piacevole lettura per gli amanti del genere …
