It moved me, made me smile and I loved the plot and the idea behind the book. It’s about community, working together and how we can enjoy small things.A lovely and well written story that remained with me.Highly recommended. Many thanks to the publisher for this ARC, all opinions are mine
At first, I wasn’t sure where this book would take me. It captured my heart and I couldn’t put it down. I know a book is good when I can relate to the characters and location. And this book made me smile, cry and wish I could live in the garden.
A lovely heartfelt tale about life, relationships and the importance of friends and communities.Very relatable characters who took me on their journey with them.Made me laugh in places but also made me very sad in others.Would recommend.
Following two timelines, this novel charts the story of a shared garden and the people sharing it and in the process creating a community. Ordinary lives lived with kindness and warmth make this a charming and delightful story.
A beautiful, poignant, and very grounded story that made me both laugh and cry. Itâs soft and gentle and filled with life and people that felt fully real. Just the thing to pick up on a quiet night, snuggled in bed with a cup of tea.
I still haven’t finished the book because I’m savouring every page of it. It’s a beautiful read about love, care, friendship, community and most importantly, the garden that entwines all these. Kudos to Sara Nisha Adams. Keep writing
